The Elgin Museum and Historical Society is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.

 

MISSION STATEMENT

     The Elgin Museum and Historical Society collects, preserves, researches, interprets, and makes available to the public the historical heritage of Elgin, Oregon and Union County, Oregon to foster in all people a deeper understanding and appreciation of our county's history, accomplishments, and natural environment.
